We always aim to provide both sides, applicant and Alasco, the opportunity to understand if a new position with Alasco is really a perfect match. Yes, we offer a range of internships, working student and entry-level positions for recent graduates and those starting their careers. Please understand that we currently do not offer internships for students without a Bachelor degree or equivalent. Internships are offered throughout the whole year but should at least last for 3 months.
English is our company language - across meetings, documentation, and day-to-day communication. Our team brings together 20+ nationalities, and English is what keeps us all on the same page.
For some roles, German is a requirement - particularly in customer-facing positions. If that's the case, you'll see it clearly stated in the job description. Interviews for those roles may also be conducted in German.
We offer select positions in a fully remote setting, which will be indicated in the respective job description. As a company, we work in a hybrid setup and value being together in person to push our mission forward.
On top of that, you can work from anywhere in Europe for up to 4 weeks a year with our Workation policy.
