About Rousseau Park GmbH
Callidus GmbH from Schönefeld (just outside Berlin) owns the land that Rousseau Park sits upon, and sells the individual lots. In other words, the contractors purchase the pieces of land directly from the owner. Rousseau Park GmbH then markets the properties, and is also responsible for managing the fruit trees. It also serves as the contact address for all Rousseau Park residents.
