Alasco Flooring and Matting Products

The Alasco line of rubber matting has a wide variety of possible uses in many different environment. This new technology remasticated rubber is fiber reinforced with additional polymers, adding strength and durability, and giving this new rubber increased long-term cost effectiveness. The material is also water-proof, anti-skid and anti-fatigue.

Alasco rubber matting is available in thickness variations of one-eighth, one-quarter, three-eighths and one-half inch. All material is 4 feet in width, regardless of thickness.

The one-eighth inch thickness is excellent for hanging as wall. Alasco can also add metal grommets along the ends and edges of the matting to make it simple to hang this rubber. Customized sheets can also be cut to fit just about any application, up to 75 feet in length.

The one-quarter inch thickness has been tested and proven to be of adequate strength for used as a trailer floor or machine-shop working station anti-fatigue floor mat. This rubber this rubber is waterproof and anti-skid; so, it is ideal for any area which might be constantly damp, or any area that is regularly watered down for cleaning.

The one-half inch thickness is extremely strong, yet light weight. In comparison with existing matting on the market, the Alasco rubber is much lighter. Example: a sheet of rubber 4’ x 6’ in three-quarter inch thickness is available in the current market and has a weight of about 130 lbs. The Alasco rubber in a sheet 4’ x 4’ in one-half inch thickness weighs only 48 lbs. This rubber is extremely well suited for flooring or areas with high worker and/or vehicle traffic.
